"I believe that it is *not* the role of government to promote the choice of life (or the choice of abortion) in childbearing decisions. I believe it is *not* the government’s role to encourage or discourage women to carry their babies to term. I believe it is *not* the government’s role to encourage or discourage women to give up unwanted children for adoption. The government’s only role in the matter of abortion is to defend the woman’s life, liberty, and property as she makes and carries out her own choice in the matter." Paul Mckeever

Creating Atlantis

Atlantis is the goal. Atlantis is what the world should be - a just world
Creating Atlantis is not in reference to the ancient city described by Plato that sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Rather it is the destination for those who choose to live for themselves and not for the sake of others.
It is a just society, where one's own life is his to live. Free to pursue his own values and happiness, free from the initiation of force by any individual or group of individuals.
No guilt, no pain, no fear.
This is how life ought to be. Ayn Rand described this world perfectly in her novel Atlas Shrugged. 'Atlantis', 'Galt's Gulch' or 'the valley'. This is the only possibility for a truly just society.
If the last paragraph doesn't have meaning for you, I recommend that you read the book. At the very least it will make you think about what the term "the meaning of life" really means.
I refuse to accept my life in an unjust and evil world. I want to create Atlantis in Canada because that is right, just, good and how life ought to be.
